ON OUR RADAR: aminé's "compensating" ft. young thug

Wes Anderson WHO? Don't know her.

72 hours before the launch of Aminé’s anxiously-awaited second full-length album, Limbo, the Portland-bred rapper, artist, director, culture-shaker drops a co-directed Wes Anderson-esque music video with video collaborator Jack Begert for his new single “Compensating” ft. Young Thug.

The video, which sees Aminé and friends having an elegantly fun affair in a French-style mansion in Bel Air, is equal parts whimsy and edge. Grab your tennis racket and your Velvet Underground vinyl and get fucking lit.

Limbo comes off the heels of his debut LP, Good For You, as well as his explosive single "Caroline" and experimental project ONEPOINTFIVE.

You can cop the whole album this Friday, August 7th, which features co-collaborators JID & Charlie Wilson, Young Thug, Vince Staples, Summer Walker, and more— it's already a 5 out of 5 from us.

We're always available for collaborations. Our press kit is available upon request only. Please drop us a line here.
