STORE POLICY

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

All HALOSCOPE products are made-to-order. We cannot currently offer refunds or exchanges due to our suppliers and a limited run of our products, though we do hope this changes in the future.

 

SHIPPING + HANDLING

HALOSCOPE and our suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please verify your address before placing your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Buyers are solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes, or other taxes, customs, import/export charges or similar governmental charges on orders shipped to any other state or on orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be refunded if a delivery is refused by the receiver and the shipping agent will consider the package abandoned.
